Our role is to consider the employment and vocational implications of injury, illness, disability or neurodivergence, drawing on the available medical and other evidence and considering how the identified effects interact with the individual’s experience, circumstances and the practical demands of work.

Where appropriate, our opinions are supported by labour market research into earnings, job availability, career progression and regional opportunities.

The aim is to provide clear, evidence-based conclusions about realistic employment prospects, future earnings, vocational rehabilitation and employment support needs, retraining and alternative career options, as well as the career and earnings that might otherwise have been achieved but for the injury or condition.
